REFUND AND BILLING POLICY

Effective date: 12 March 2026

1. Scope

This Refund and Billing Policy applies to paid memberships, founding memberships, paid consultations, paid event access and other paid digital services or access rights offered by us through the Websites, unless a separate written agreement or a service-specific checkout flow states otherwise.

2. Billing model and renewals

Paid memberships may be billed monthly, yearly or on another basis stated at checkout.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled before the next billing date.

Billing, invoicing and payment collection may be handled through Ghost, Stripe or other payment infrastructure selected by us.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring plan before its next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively cancel the current billing period.

Unless stated otherwise, access already granted for the paid period may continue until the end of the current term, after which access may end, downgrade or revert to any free tier then available.

4. General refund position

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, fees for digital memberships, paid content access, premium access, consultations, registrations and event-related digital access are generally non-refundable once the paid period has started, access has been granted, or the relevant digital service has begun to be performed.

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund, partial refund, service credit, replacement session, rescheduling option or alternative format in individual cases, including clear billing errors, duplicate charges or operational disruptions.

5. EU consumer rights and immediate performance

If you are an EU consumer, you may have statutory rights, including in some cases a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract unless an exception applies.

Where access to digital content or a digital service begins immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that this may result in the loss of the statutory withdrawal right once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Consultations, meetings and event access

If a paid consultation, session or event is cancelled by us and is not reasonably rescheduled or replaced, we may offer a refund, partial refund, service credit or alternative format.

If you fail to attend a booked paid session or paid event without timely cancellation under the applicable booking rules, you may lose the session or related fee, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Separate event pages, invitations or booking flows may include additional rescheduling, no-show or attendance terms for a specific activity.

Physical events may be priced, ticketed or approved separately from membership, and a membership does not by itself include free entry to a paid physical event unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Founding and premium tiers

Where a founding or premium tier includes recurring or periodic benefits, the applicable billing period, cadence and included benefits are those stated at the time of purchase or renewal.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, unused benefits do not create a right to cash reimbursement, pro rata refund or rollover to another period.

8. Payment failures, suspension and downgrade

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend access, downgrade the account, cancel the subscription, withhold premium benefits or require a new payment method before access is restored.

9. Price changes

We may change pricing for future billing periods or future purchases. If required by law, we will provide notice before a price change affects an existing recurring subscription.

10. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we can review the issue.

We reserve the right to suspend access or seek recovery where a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated in bad faith or in circumstances where payment was legitimately due, subject to applicable law.

11. Taxes and currency

Prices may be displayed in a stated currency and may be subject to applicable taxes, exchange-rate effects, bank fees or card-provider fees depending on your location and payment method.
